The roasted vegetables can be anything from roasted onions, roasted peppers, roasted garlic, or roasted mushrooms. I like to roast vegetables in a variety of ways. Sometimes I roast them in the oven with olive oil and sea salt.

To make this dish, I simply roast some chicken breasts in the oven with lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt. To make this dish, I like to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

The ribs can also be grilled or baked. If you’re using a gas grill, be sure to preheat it to medium heat before grilling the ribs.
You’ll want to cook the ribs for about 20 minutes or until they’re cooked through.
Creamy mashed potatoes
Mashed potatoes are another great side dish that goes well with just about anything. For this dish, I like to add some cream and butter to the mashed potatoes.
